The GV-51L0FA Rev.1.2 is a sturdy industrial camera (IP65/67) equipped with the light-sensitive 12.42 MPix Global Shutter sensor IMX545 from the Pregius S series. The fourth-generation 1/1.1" Sony sensor combines global shutter and BSI technology to deliver outstanding image quality. The GigE camera excels even in changing light conditions. The pixels are only 2.74 µm in size, which results in a significantly higher pixel density compared to other sensors. This means that the sensor is around 20 percent smaller diagonally than second-generation Sony Pregius sensors with the same resolution.

The uEye+ FA industrial camera (4128 x 3008 px) delivers 10.0 fps and is available with colour and mono sensor. At the same time, it is fully compliant with the Vision standard and can therefore be used comfortably with our IDS peak SDK.

Industrial image processing is used in a wide variety of applications - from quality assurance to automation.

Mechanical engineering

From inspection on the production line to controlling entire systems - camera technology helps to ensure smooth processes.

Factory / process automation

Cameras are used in monitoring, control, regulation and optimization systems and help e.g. with localization and selection tasks.

Electronics inspection

Cameras can check the geometry of printed circuit boards, detect the presence and absence of components as well as dirt and inspect solder joints.

Food & beverage

To ensure the highest food quality - camera technology e.g. detects contaminants and helps with sorting tasks and fill level monitoring.

Small device construction

Compact and powerful - IDS cameras can be easily integrated into small devices such as handheld scanners or other portable systems.

Process control

Cameras check the material supply in the process and are used e.g. for the intermediate and final inspection of products.
